Coffee-Rubbed Burgers

These coffee-rubbed burgers are a unique and flavorful twist on classic burgers. The coffee adds a rich, smoky depth of flavor that pairs perfectly with the juicy beef and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Ground beef, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix well until the seasonings are spread out evenly

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

If youre using a grill, grease the grates so food doesnt stick

The coffee-rubbed burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer until they are done the way you like them

In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top

This will melt the cheese

Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the burgers are cooking

Stack the coffee-rubbed burgers by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun and then a burger patty with melted cheese on top of it

Put red onions and tomato slices on top

Spread your favorite burger toppings on the top half of the buns, then put them on top of the burgers that have been put together

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bread

Instructions:

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and put them in a bowl with the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and fresh parsley

If you want, you can add salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together well

If you want, you can toast the bread slices

A lot of the egg salad should be spread out on one piece of bread

If you want, you can add lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top

To make a sandwich, put another slice of bread on top

Do the same thing with the rest of the bread slices and egg salad mixture

Cut the sandwiches in half across the middle, then serve

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb egg noodles, cooked for serving

Instructions:

Put the Instant Pot in saut mode and heat the olive oil

Put in the beef slices and brown them all over

Take it out and set it aside

Slice the onion, mince the garlic, and add the mushrooms

Saut until the meat is soft

Add the paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix them in

Add the beef broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to remove any stuck-on food

Put the browned beef back in the pot

Put the top back on and set the pressure to high

Then wait 15 minutes

Quickly let go of the pressure and open the lid

Add the sour cream and mix it in well

Put it on top of warm egg noodles

If you want, add parsley as a garnish
