Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Put soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix the ingredients together
Put the chicken wings in the bowl and use the marinade to cover them all over
For at least 30 minutes, let them sit in the sauce
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
The chicken wings should be put on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
After the oven is hot, bake the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are done all the way through and crispy
Take the wings out of the oven when theyre done and top them with chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Enjoy while hot
