A tasty and refreshing yogurt-based dip that is made with coriander and mint to make it feel more like summer. Great for cooling down spicy foods or serving with any meal to make it more enjoyable.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1 small green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt optional
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds optional
Instructions:
Whisk yogurt in a bowl until its smooth
Green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves should all be chopped up and added to the yogurt
Put salt, black salt, and cumin powder on top of the mix
Once all the ingredients are mixed together, mix them well
If you want, you can sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on top
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix
Cool it down and use it as a dip or side dish with your favorite snacks or meals
