Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee beans
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
- Your favorite burger condiments e

- , ketchup, mayo, mustard
Instructions:
Ground beef, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix well until the seasonings are spread out evenly
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
If youre using a grill, grease the grates so food doesnt stick
The coffee-rubbed burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer until they are done the way you like them
In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top
This will melt the cheese
Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the burgers are cooking
Stack the coffee-rubbed burgers by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun and then a burger patty with melted cheese on top of it
Put red onions and tomato slices on top
Spread your favorite burger toppings on the top half of the buns, then put them on top of the burgers that have been put together
You can serve the coffee-rubbed burgers hot with any side dish you like
