Ingredients:
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lbs baby back ribs
Instructions:
Apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a saucepan
Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer and stir it every now and then
Let it cook down to half its original size, which will make a thick glaze
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes most of the time
Get the grill ready by setting it to medium-high heat about 375F/190C
The spicy apple cider-mustard glaze should be spread out over both sides of the ribs
The ribs should be cooked on a hot grill for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over and basting them with the glaze every now and then
Keep grilling the ribs until they are done all the way through and the outside has a nice caramelized crust
Before you serve the ribs, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
Before serving, brush the ribs with any extra glaze to give them an extra flavor boost
