This recipe calls for grilled sirloin steaks that go well with a wine sauce made with Gemtree Uncut Shiraz 2016. The bold and fruity notes in the wine go well with the charred flavors of the steak, and the garlic and herbs give the dish more depth. Its a fancy and rich meal that will definitely impress.
