Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
- Ice cubes optional, for thickness
- Crushed graham crackers and extra walnuts for garnish
Instructions:
Add almond milk, banana, shredded carrots, rolled oats, chopped walnuts, Medjool dates, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and vanilla extract to a blender
