Classic Beef Tacos

These classic beef tacos are a family favorite and perfect for Taco Tuesday. Theyre quick, easy, and customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onion is clear

Break up the ground beef with a spoon as it cooks until it turns brown

Take out the extra fat and add the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper

You can use a dry skillet or the microwave to warm up the flour tortillas

Put a spoonful of the beef mixture on each tortilla to make a taco

Shred cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sour cream should be put on top

Serve your beef tacos hot and enjoy them
