Indulge in the flavors of the season with this delightful chestnut praline latte. Its a copycat of the popular Starbucks version and perfect for warming up on a chilly day.
Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup of milk any type you prefer
- 2 tablespoons of chestnut praline syrup
- Whipped cream for topping
- Crushed praline pieces for garnish
Instructions:
Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling
Stir in the chestnut praline syrup and continue to heat, stirring, until well combined
Pour the hot espresso or coffee into a large mug
Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk until its nice and foamy
Pour the frothy milk into the mug with the coffee
Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed praline pieces
